More than instructors — we’re your movement mentors. Meet the team redefining strength, flow, and everything in between.

Draven

I’m Draven, the founder of Fire and Flow Pilates and your friendly neighborhood strength-obsessed, Pilates-loving, garden-digging instructor. I turned my own health around after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, dove deep into nutrition, and never looked back. Now, I help other people do the same—by building muscle, moving with intention, and feeling powerful in their bodies.

My classes are where science meets sweat, and good vibes are non-negotiable. I’m all about workouts that actually work, without the fluff or the pressure. Outside the studio, you’ll find me getting my hands dirty in the garden, exploring new places, or sipping something delicious in the Texas sun.

Come flow with me—I promise it’ll be fun. Your body will thank you.

Stephanie

STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor | MS in Nutrition | Wellness Wizard Since 2004

Stephanie has been helping people move, feel, and live better for over 20 years. With a Master of Science in Nutrition and STOTT Pilates certification, she’s all about blending science-backed movement with real-life vibes. Her classes focus on postural alignment, breath work, and fascia flow—perfect for anyone from postpartum mamas to weekend warriors chasing that performance edge.

She’ll challenge your core, fine-tune your form, and make you feel muscles you didn’t even know existed—all while keeping it supportive and down-to-earth.

When she’s off the reformer, you can find her tending her garden, collecting tiny food replicas (yes, really), or solving crimes alongside Law & Order reruns.

Book a class with Stephanie—you’ll feel stronger, move smarter, and even laugh a little along the way.

Megan

Meet Megan Weber!

Megan brings the perfect blend of brains, burn, and balance to Fire and Flow Pilates. With a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and currently deep in Physical Therapy school, Megan’s got the science of movement on lock. She’s passionate about posture and rehab but also knows how to turn up the heat with her high-intensity burn classes.

You’ll find Megan blending precise alignment with athletic fire—expect sweaty smiles and strong glutes. When she’s not on the reformer, she’s likely hiking a trail, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, dominating the pickleball court, or just soaking in the great outdoors. Ready to feel stronger, stand taller, and maybe fall in love with Pilates?

Catch Megan on the schedule—you’ll be glad you did.

ANgela

Your F&F resident dog-obsessed, iced-chai-loving, Pilates powerhouse.

My love affair with low-impact movement started years ago with barre (my first fitness crush). I taught it off and on, but the moment I met the reformer? Game over. Total heart-eyes. Pilates had me hooked—body, mind, and core.

What started as a curiosity quickly became a full-blown passion. After a year of practicing, I dove into my reformer certification, and then added chair and barrel to my toolbox (working toward my comprehensive because, let’s be honest, I’m all in). I’m constantly amazed at how Pilates makes me feel—strong, flexible, mobile, and way more in sync with my body. It’s not just a workout, it’s a whole mood.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m probably home snuggling my dogs, losing at mahjong to Miranda (rude), or scouting out hidden gem thrift shops and brunch spots around the city. Got a Juiceland rec? Send it my way, I’m always down!

Catch me in class bringing that feel-good energy and creative class flows that hit just right. Let’s move, let’s breathe, and let’s get strong—together!

Merete

If you’ve ever wanted an instructor who can make you laugh so hard your abs hurt and help you unlock strength you didn’t know you had—Merete’s your girl.

With a degree in statistics and psychology, a Baptiste yoga certification, and a track coaching background, she blends science, movement, and mindset like a total pro. She’s been thriving with MS for 25 years, which gives her a rare depth of knowledge in helping clients—especially those with chronic conditions—move safely, powerfully, and confidently in their own bodies.

Merete’s especially passionate about working with youth athletes and busy parents who want to feel like themselves again. She knows how to build strength, improve performance, and help bodies recover without burning out.

When she’s not coaching or teaching Pilates, you’ll find her devouring crime thrillers, geeking out on nutrition and weight training, or soaking up time with her four kids. Her personal goals? To stay as strong and healthy as possible, earn even more nutrition and training certifications, and meet as many new people as she can—which, honestly, makes her the ultimate professional friend.

🔥 Pro tip: Book her class now. You’ll get stronger, laugh harder, and probably leave with a new bestie.

Chris

Chris Moore started his fitness career at 23 and brings nearly two decades of experience in personal training and strength coaching to the Pilates world.

With a background in sports, strongman competitions, and a longtime love for boxing, Chris now channels his deep knowledge of movement into strength-focused Pilates classes that challenge and empower. These days, he’s in his Pilates era—delivering intentional, form-driven workouts that blend the best of functional training with the core principles of Pilates.

Outside the studio, Chris is usually diving into his other passions: business and real estate investing, perfecting his fresh ingredient game in the kitchen, sipping on his fifth coffee of the day, or making sure every dog in the neighborhood gets a good head scratch—pit bulls especially.

Train with Chris for smart programming, real results, and a vibe that’s focused, down-to-earth, and full of good energy.

Alexa

When she’s not working in the operating room, Alexa’s lighting up the reformer with a fierce love for Pilates and an eye for detail. Originally from the Reno-Tahoe area, she brings high-altitude energy, a competitive spirit (pickleball, anyone?), and a passion for helping bodies feel really good.

Her classes? Think athletic, powerful, and intelligently designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt you lean. Whether it’s a yoga-infused gentle flow or a heart-pumping Fire session with weights and cardio, Alexa blends form, function, and a sprinkle of sweat in every session.

She’s also a globetrotting foodie who lives for great wine, homemade meals, and making movement feel just as joyful as your favorite dinner with friends.

If you’re into classes that feel good and do good for your body—Alexa’s your girl.

Emily

Certified Pilates pro. Former soccer star. Mom of girls who dance like nobody’s watching (because they are).

Emily is a comprehensively certified BASI Pilates instructor with a serious passion for helping clients feel strong, mobile, and totally in sync with their bodies. Her Pilates journey kicked off over a decade ago with mat work, but everything changed the moment she met the reformer. Instant love. Full commitment. No notes.

She kept showing up for her practice—even through her second pregnancy—because Pilates just works. It’s adaptable, powerful, and supports you through every phase of life (even the ones with no sleep and tiny humans yelling “snack!” every 5 minutes).

With 14 years of soccer and 5 years on the swim team under her belt, Emily knows what it means to challenge the body while playing the long game. She started teaching in 2023, inspired by the flexibility (literally and figuratively) that Pilates offers—especially helpful as a busy mom of young girls.

When she’s not leading a killer class, you’ll probably find her hanging at a brewery with her crew, catching a comedy show, or hosting a living room dance party with her girls. Bonus points if there’s a good playlist and snacks involved.

Miranda

Grew up in Austin, Miranda brings a deep sense of rhythm, warmth, and heart to every session she leads. With over a year and a half of teaching experience and a rich background in yoga, her Pilates classes weave breath, movement, and seasonal energy into a beautiful flow that feels as grounding as it is revitalizing.

Her teaching style is deeply intuitive, shaped by the seasons, Ayurvedic influences, and a whole lot of love. In the summer, expect big, playful movements with lots of variety and energy. In the winter? Miranda helps you turn inward with slow, strong sequences that build heat from the inside out. Each class is thoughtfully crafted, like a mini wellness ritual just for you.

When she’s not guiding clients through mindful movement, Miranda is soaking up time with her granddaughter, cuddling her three dogs, or deep in the pages of her latest book club pick (yes—she’s in three!). And as a soon-to-be empty nester, she knows the power of carving out time to feel strong, connected, and cared for in your body.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, Miranda’s classes offer space to breathe, move with intention, and reconnect with your power, no matter the season.
