Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations not made at least 12 hours or more before the scheduled appointment incur a $15 late fee.

This also applies to classes scheduled via packages, subscriptions, gift certificates, or other promotional offerings.

No shows will be charged $15 and class credit is forfeited
