I’m Draven, the founder of Fire and Flow Pilates and your friendly neighborhood strength-obsessed, Pilates-loving, garden-digging instructor. I turned my own health around after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, dove deep into nutrition, and never looked back. Now, I help other people do the same—by building muscle, moving with intention, and feeling powerful in their bodies.
My classes are where science meets sweat, and good vibes are non-negotiable. I’m all about workouts that actually work, without the fluff or the pressure. Outside the studio, you’ll find me getting my hands dirty in the garden, exploring new places, or sipping something delicious in the Texas sun.
Come flow with me—I promise it’ll be fun. Your body will thank you.
